How information submitted through this website is used.
Information you provide
The project request form collects your name, phone number, email address, service address, service interests, project photos, and the details you choose to share. Please do not include passwords, payment information, insurance policy numbers, or other sensitive information.
How it is used
Banks Construction uses this information to respond to your request, discuss services, and coordinate next steps. New project requests are processed through Jobber to help the Banks team review inquiries and manage customer service. Earlier requests may remain in the website’s administrative system. Jobber, website hosting, email and related service providers process information as needed to operate these services.
Website operation
The site uses technical controls to reduce spam and maintain functionality. Hosting providers may maintain technical logs. The homepage includes an embedded Instagram video, and the service map loads OpenStreetMap tiles. These services and their content delivery providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when the content loads. Links to Google and Instagram also lead to services with their own privacy practices. Analytics connections are pending review and are not configured by this website’s custom theme at this time.
Text messaging and your choices
When you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number and consent records to communicate about services and support. Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers helping us deliver messaging and customer service may process this information for those purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in. See our Messaging Terms.
Access and protection
We use account access controls and service providers to help protect information. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for business operations. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
